If you are interested in purchasing a puppy we will require a $500. deposit (USD) *Your deposit lets us know that you are serious about the purchase. Your deposit is non-refundable if for some reason you choose at a later time not to purchase the puppy. We are informing potential purchasers of this ahead of time. Please remember, these puppies go fast and it is only fair that buyers have the right to bring their new puppy home at their earliest stages of life- so that the bonding process can begin. YOU MUST READ THE TERMS OF OUR CONTRACT AND AGREE TO IT'S CONTENTS PRIOR TO MAKING A DEPOSIT OR PURCHASING A PUPPY. *Please call Judy at (814) 725-4347 or send an email to TheWindMariah@huges.net to inquire about total cost, including shipping by air. Payment may be in the form of Visa or Mastercard through Paypal. Payment may also be in the form of cash paid directly to us in person. Payment may also be in the form of check or cashiers check. However, we will ensure that financial instruments such as these have the available funds present in the buyers account. Additionally, we will make sure that the funds are deposited into our bank account before the puppy can be taken home or shipped. It is important that if you want to pay in this manner that the check is sent in advance. This policy is also applicable to deposits. We will verify in a timely manner that any purchaser has adequate funds in their account to cover their deposit for the puppy. A purchaser's payment in form of check is always construed that funds are immediately available. Money Orders purchased through the U.S. Postal Service are considered the only form of money order that we will accept. Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraudulent money orders we will not accept anything but a United States Postal Service Money Order. A buyer will likely have to purchase multiple U.S. Postal Service Money Orders to satisfy the amount of transaction. Any fraud of these types of Money Orders will be immediately referred to the U.S. Attorney and U.S. Postal Inspection Service for prosecution.
